In this session, I will guide a loving kindness practice where we will start with awareness and grounding ourselves, before moving on to offering the traditional loving kindness phrases "May I be safe, May I be healthy, May I be happy, May I live with joy and ease" to ourselves, a loved one, a neutral person (someone we see and don't really know) and a difficult person (someone we find challenging). There are many benefits to practising loving kindness such as improved health and wellbeing and the nurturing of peace within ourselves and in our world.

An FM transmission featuring students from Scoil Iosagain, Ballybunion, artist & musician Niamh O’Brien and Dr Joanne O’Brien, who have written and recorded an audio story inspired by the Ballybunion coast.

A transmission station will be set up on the Men's Beach where people can sit and listen. The story will be broadcast on loop on a selected frequency and attendees can listen on the radios we place on site or can tune in their car radios.
