We trust our feet in FLOWING, find clarity in our hips with STACCATO, let go of our heads & spine in CHAOS, find our wings in LYRICAL, & return to our breath in STILLNESS. During this practice, we shall also dip our toes into the emotional intelligence of our hearts. This is the HEARTBEAT level. Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy & Compassion.
