The benefits of fasting are now well documented, a Japanese scientist, Dr. Ohsumi just won a Nobel prize for proving that it is the most powerful thing you can do to heal your body and brain. This workshop will be an introduction to the benefits of fasting, how to begin fasting, different styles of fasting and how to break a fast. Handouts, a reading reference list and something special to feast on during the talk.
