Chair Yoga The perfect class for those with want to increase their flexibility, maintain mobility and gain some mental clarity and stress relief. A great session for those who enjoy mindful movement in the company of others. A very friendly and social class, where everyone is welcome. There is a mix of sitting, standing (optional) and using the chair as support throughout. No experience required, suitable for beginners and open to adults of all ages. This class is a donation based class, please pay what you feel the class is valued at for you on the day. Class duration is 1 hour, no equipment or yoga mat required.
