In this workshop we will explore different awareness practices and find out which anchors, the breath is an anchor, best help us be in the present moment. We will also learn ways in which we can be more compassionate towards ourselves so that we can care for and support ourselves in times of suffering and protect and motivate ourselves when we need to set boundaries and ensure that our needs are met. There are many benefits to self-compassion practice such as the ability to calm your own nervous system in times of stress, an increase in life satisfaction and better relationships.
