Join me on the mat for gentle, yet challenging yoga flow classes!
A yoga practice to help you become more self-aware, feel self-love and teach you how to be soft in a world that can be so hard.
Classes pay particular attention to strengthening the mind-body connection through the asanas (yoga poses), breath-work and meditation. We will build strength, flexibility, and mobility for the physical body, as well as providing a soft meditation for the mind.
There will be lots of options throughout the classes, making them accessible to everyone – beginners included!
