This calming and joyful workshop combines psychology and mindfulness, in the tradition of insight meditation or "vipassana", which literally means ‘to see clearly’, a centuries old mindfulness tradition that originates from the Buddhist teachings of Thailand, Burma, and Sri Lanka.
Join Suzanne for a talk/teaching that introduces you to psychology and wisdom of mindfulness to calm your busy minds, followed by a relaxing guided meditation on mindfulness of breath, connecting you to the spaciousness and peace that’s inside you.
Suzanne will then provide you with some lovely psychology tips for happiness and a talk/teaching on the wonderful opportunity mindfulness meditation provides you to cultivate happiness in your daily lives, ending with a uplifting guided meditation on mindfulness of happiness and joy, connecting you to innate happiness and wonder within you.
