In this session, I will guide a loving kindness practice where we will start with awareness and grounding ourselves, before moving on to offering the traditional loving kindness phrases "May I be safe, May I be healthy, May I be happy, May I live with joy and ease" to ourselves, a loved one, a neutral person (someone we see and don't really know) and a difficult person (someone we find challenging). There are many benefits to practising loving kindness such as improved health and wellbeing and the nurturing of peace within ourselves and in our world.
