The perfect class for those with want to increase their flexibility, maintain mobility and gain some mental clarity and stress relief. A great session for those who enjoy mindful movement in the company of others. A very friendly and social class, where everyone is welcome. There is a mix of sitting, standing (optional) and using the chair as support throughout.
No experienced required, suitable for beginners and open to adults of all ages.
